I know you've been waiting for me to review some more series that Kevin's already looked at. It's here today: Fruits Basket. But before you click on the link I want to ask you this question: What is the point of hate mail? Kevin mentioned in his Kare Kano review that he got hate mail for Fruits Basket and even a death threat. What's the point? Reviewers simply give their opinion on thhe series and support it with good reasons. If we didn't like a series you liked, then deal with it. If YOU liked it, then it shouldn't matter to you. I was a bit peeved that Kevin based his "Othello" review on only reading the first volume as the second volume starts the dark tone, but it's his choice to base the review on one volume. You can be mad, but what's the point? We're more likely to delete the hate mail than read it anyway. Okay. NOW you can click on the link. But expect to be disappointed if you were hoping for at least an average grade.

The problem with writing a book is that you find your time extremely limited. I go back to school Augest 21st. I don't want to go back to school. I'm not feeling like school is really doing me any good, but since I don't have any big career or anything yet, I might as well go. Besides, it's not like the college I go to costs that much money anyway. Anyway, the point I'm trying to make is that I'm attempting to write ten pages of my book a day. If I suceed, I could have the first draft done withen the next two to three weeks (depending on whether or not the book is three hundred or four hundred pages in length). If I can get the first draft done before school starts, then getting the second draft done before Christmas should be fairly easy (I hope). This means my time spent on reviews have been almost completely cut from my time. I do have over half a review of "X-Men 3: The Last Stand" waiting to be posted, but it won't be ready to post until Friday. This slow process of writing reviews means I'm going to have to consider alternative ways to update this site, to make sure you guys don't get bored here. Jaya won't have a review this week, so you're stuck with me. So yeah, this is a glorified way to say check back Friday for a new review. However, if you want some anime stuff or an original Penny Arcade sketch, then click the eBay link on the left bar. Oh, and don't forget to help save Everwood.

I love it here in San Francisco. Maybe I'll live here when I get older. But in the meantime I present to you my review. I may not have one next week, but that's because I'll be jetlagged. I'll still be here.

A little late, but never-the-less, I have added my two cents for "Claymore" for your reading pleasure. I almost didn't get this finished because I started playing "Kindom Hearts II." Big mistake for someone who's as busy as I am, because this game is pretty addictive. Makes it hard for me to write. Speaking of which, I've temperarly taken down my Amazon.com credit card banner and replaced it with a Save Everwood banner. Yes, I love this show. Yes, I'm obsessed. No, I don't think it's too late to save the show. Is that naive? Maybe, but "7th Heaven", "Sabrina The Teenage Witch", and the original "Star Treck" survived their cancelations, so why not this show? One thing you CAN do to help support the show, is to but the "Everwood: Complete First Season" DVD. Not only will reknewed interest in sales help make Warner Bros. want to release the rest of the seasons on DVD, but "Family Guy" got saved from cancelation because of excellent DVD sales. So it can't hurt right? The link to buy the DVD is on the side, but I'll also post one below to make things easier. Please do support this show. And if you've never seen it before, then take my word when I say this is one of the best shows you've never seen, and to buy it right now. I can promise you it will be one of the better blind purcheses you're going to make in your lifetime. Later.

Hey guys, sorry the updates have been a little bit hit-and-miss as of late. I've been so busy writing the book, that the reviews are coming to be second priority. I feel bad about that. I feel bad when people come here on Monday, Wensday, or Friday and don't see an update on the site. Thankfully, I do have a review today for Preludes and Nocturnes. This is not a review written by me though, it's by Jaya. The only reason she isn't posting this is because she's busy with finals. She did send me a few reviews in advance though, so we should have another review by her up on Friday, and my review should hopefully be up Wensday. I know, a switch in updates this week, but maybe next week we'll get back to how we've been doing it all along. For now though, enjoy the review. Oh, and help Save Everwood!
